Two dimension laser scanner

  Two dimension laser scanner (TDLS) is a special part for laser sputting, LMBE to make high temperature superconduct film. TDLS is realized by a motor which drives two holophote.  The range is adjusted manually for WK11-type TDLS, whereas that is adjusted automatically for WK12-type TDLS.
